Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the product is free of pet hair or debris.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
